SHIPPING 

We only provide services to the USA. Our shipping is free of cost within this region. Vel Clothing does not ship your orders outside the USA possessions and territories. Our company is not responsible for the delivery of your ordered products to the shipment carrier. When the order passes to the courier company, title, ownership, and risk of loss all depend on you. We do not take responsibility for delays, losses, damage, and non-delivery caused by the selected carrier. All orders are shipping under FOB origin. 

PRICING

We only deal in the US, so the acceptance of the currency is only for US customers. Vel Clothing can change payment methods and prices anytime without any prior notice. Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges.

RETURNS

All returns must be detailed within ten (10) days after receiving the order. A composed authorization number must be obtained for all returns. You'll be able to do it by reaching out to us at our website in case you did not get an affirmation. There's a 20% restocking fee in addition to cargo charges for all returned stock with an authorization number. All unmarked bundles/cartons will be denied. No changed stock will be acknowledged (ie, screen printed, weaved, relabeled, washed, colored, adorned, etc.). Tests and things on clearance are non-returnable.

The client is responsible for reviewing the order upon receipt. The client should inform the vendor within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of stock of any claims for damages from late conveyance or any imperfection.

DISCLAIMER

Vel Clothing does not offer flexibility in changing the mind, color, or shape of the stock. We confirm your order and then manufacture as per your decision. So, we are not responsible for it. If clients see any imperfection in their orders, we replace the order after a proper evaluation by our quality assurance team. In this case, you must keep in mind that courier charges apply to the customers. 

REFUND POLICY

We care about the customers' satisfaction and create a loyal connection with them. However, our company provides you with an option to refund your orders under certain partial refund and full refund conditions. These are the following conditions:

  • If you got a product sample but decide not to place a bulk order, you can get a partial refund.
  • The sample cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within one working week.
  • Change of mind refunds are not acceptable.
  • If you cancel your order within 24–48 hours of confirmation, you can get a full refund
  • After 48 hours, no refund requests will be accepted.
  • No refunds are possible once the products are ready or shipped.

CLAIMS

Claims for missing items and/or faulty merchandise must be submitted within ten (10) days of delivery. The seller will not be accountable for any shortages when deliveries are sent to a party other than the customer.

SAMPLES

We provide free digital samples but not physical ones. We charge for the physical samples. Customers have to pay per-piece charges and freight costs. Our team marked all the samples with style number, description, color, and size.

Please note that charges for samples are non-refundable. Once a sample order is placed and processed, the associated fees are considered final and cannot be refunded. We encourage customers to carefully consider their sample orders before proceeding to ensure they are satisfied with their selections.

CONFIRMATIONS

If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. We do not pay for expedited shipments on orders that have not been confirmed.

NO LIABILITY FOR OUTSIDE VENDORS

We are not responsible for any work performed by any third party or person. Clients also agree not to make any claims against us for problems caused by a third party. If someone worked on our behalf, we would not take any liability for them.

GARMENT SPECIFICATIONS

We suggest our customers take note that Vel Clothing makes periodic updates to garment specifications. Our company follows the FIFO method, which stands for "first-in, first-out" accounting practices. You can contact our team for further information regarding our terms and conditions.

Delivery 

We use FedEx, Dubai UPS, and Sky Net for the shipments. FedEx and DHL usually take 4–5 working days for shipments. Vel Clothing can also use other couriers as per your delivery location. 

Please note that our company does not take any responsibility for delivery issues or lost shipments. We only provide tracking because shipping is handled by the courier. 

Warranty

It is your own choice when visiting or using our website at your own risk. Our sites may work imperfectly or not be available at all times. Vel Clothing won’t guarantee that the information given on the site is always accurate, up-to-date, reliable, or useful.

We don’t guarantee that the website or anything you access through it (like content or software) will be free from errors, bugs, or viruses. These errors, bugs, and viruses might not be able to be fixed.

You must agree to all our terms and conditions before ordering your custom orders from us. It means you accept all conditions applicable to you by our company.
